Lanyards: £1,500 (no payment for Platinum Sponsors) and Supply of Lanyards:

Name badge cords are a perfect opportunity for a company wishing to gain high profile exposure at the meeting. All delegates will be given a sponsor company/product logo branded Lanyard when they register at the Meeting.

USB Flash drives: £1500 (no payment for Platinum Sponsors) and cost of production:

This opportunity offers continued product placement well after the meeting has concluded. Company/product logo branded 512+MB USB drives will include all abstract material from the BSNR 2010 conference, as well as a presentation/ other promotional material of the sponsor’s choosing. The drives will be included with registration materials. The sponsor can provide their own branded drives, or the organisers can source drives in accordance with the sponsor’s budget.

Meeting Bags: £1750 (no payment for Platinum Sponsors) and cost of production:

An opportunity which offers exposure far beyond the meeting. The bags will include all meeting print material and will be handed to delegates when they register. The Sponsor company logo and the BSNR logo will be printed on the Bag. The organisers will produce the bag in accordance with the sponsor’s budget .

Notepads: £500 (no payment for Platinum Sponsors):

An opportunity to brand the writing pads that will be included in the delegate bags for use during the meeting. Sponsor will provide A4 notepad blocks or folders, which may be branded with company or
product logos.

Pens: £500 (no payment for Platinum Sponsors):

An opportunity to brand the pens that will be included in the delegate bags for use during the meeting as well as on the registration desks. Sponsor will provide good quality pens, which may be branded with company or product logos.

Gala Dinner at Kelvingrove Museum: Price upon Application

This function will take place on Saturday 18th September. There will be an opportunity to visit the museum, followed by a formal black-tie dinner in the museum hall. The sponsor of this event will be acknowledged on invitations, menus, and the final programme, and will receive five additional
tickets to the event.

Exhibition Stand Space:

The exhibition will be housed in the Lower Library and Crush Hall downstairs (outside the lecture theatre) and in the College Hall and Alexander Room upstairs.
Teas/coffees catering points will be located on both levels.  Buffet lunch will be served in the College Hall and Alexander Room (upstairs). Exhibitors are invited to join the delegates for lunch, thus giving them more networking opportunities. The price for stand space is included in the various sponsorship packages.

Exhibitor Registration

All exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company name. Two exhibitor badges will be complimentary for every booking. Additional stand personnel will be charged a registration fee of £50.00 at the early rate and £75.00 at the late rate.

Terms of Payment

Companies wishing to sponsor should complete the Application Contract. Thecontract should be signed and returned to the Meeting Organisers together with a 50%deposit as soon as possible. 50% deposit of total fees due with contract 50% balance on total exhibit fees due 20th August 2009.
Payment may be made by the following methods:
Cheque or banker’s draft in pounds sterling only, drawn on a UK bank,
made payable to BSNR 2010
Direct Bank Transfer to BSNR 2010

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing.
The Organisers shall retain:
10% of the contract price if cancellation is more than 6 months prior tothe
Meeting
50% of the contract price if cancellation is 3-6 months prior to theMeeting
100% of the contract price if cancellation is within 3 months prior to the
Meeting
If the exhibition space is resold a full refund will be made less a 10% charge.
